Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days unless otherwise noted in the banner at the top of our website. Orders containing candles or other heat-sensitive products will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday in the summertime. In winter, all products will be shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Within the United States, we use calculated shipping costs based on package size and weight. We will use either USPS or UPS to deliver your purchase. Orders over $150 include free shipping. Shipping costs for orders outside the US will be calculated based on package weight and location.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our in-home workshop in Beaufort, NC. If you'd like to take advantage of this, please select local pickup at checkout. Your order will be held for up to 14 calendar days after the order is marked “ready for pickup”. If products are not picked up by the end of the 14th day, we will assume you have abandoned your items and a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@adriftco.com with photos so we may refund you and file a claim with the carrier.
Other
We can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to purchase several gifts to be sent to different addresses, you will need to check out once per address.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping for international orders will be calculated using USPS and any international shipping partners. International customers can expect to receive their packages within 45 days from purchase. All international packages will come with tracking and insurance. International packages are not eligible for return.
