Refund policy

Returns

We strive to provide the highest quality handmade products. If you are ever unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we offer returns on items for up to 7 calendar days after delivery. Please email hello@adriftco.com to start a return.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If items are not returned in new condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value which will be deducted from the refunded amount. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs will be deducted from refunded amount. 

Damages

If your purchase arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@adriftco.com with photos so we can further instruct you on how to proceed. *Photo evidence is required for damage claims.* We will issue the customer's preference of a refund or replacement. Customers will be instructed to either discard the original item or return it at our expense. *Under no circumstances is it safe to burn a damaged candle.*
